THE CHALLENGE:
Town Legal originally approached D&A Media to install Neat video conferencing equipment within their meeting rooms.
After returning back to the office after COVID-19, they were in need of a meeting room system that would enable their Lawyers to host video meetings on Microsoft Teams, with the added capability to host a meeting on any video conferencing platform using the BYOD capabilities from Neat.
It was important that their new meeting room system was compact, wireless and worked in different room formats, as they host video calls across multiple platforms (including, Teams, Zoom, Webex, Google Meet, etc.).
The Lawyers utilise the meeting rooms multiple times each day, often with high-profile clients present in the room, or joining remotely, so the technology required within the room needed to be pain-free, professional and working on time every time.
The systems were to be installed within their law firm and had to be simple to use, reliable, resilient and most importantly, secure.
THE SOLUTION:
Following our initial phone call to ascertain the key objectives of Town Legal going forward, D&A Media hosted a video conferencing call to discuss the requirements of each of their meeting rooms.
Working collaboratively with the Head of IT from the outset of the project enabled D&A Media to deliver continually evolving technical information to support a smooth project delivery.
Once D&A Media obtained the key information, our technical team worked together with Town Legal to prepare a proof of concept for Neat video conferencing systems for both a boardroom and small meeting room, that would meet their needs and equip their teams with secure, flexible systems within their office.
In their large boardroom, a Neat Bar Pro video conferencing system was installed, to simultaneously provide an uncompromising and immersive audio and video experience within their large conference room.
A Neat Bar was installed within their small meeting room, providing their teams with a highly capable meeting room device with superior-quality and video, built for huddle or focus rooms that seat up to 10 people.
Following the proof of concept, Neat meeting room systems were implemented throughout their office space, whilst our technical experts continued to work together with Town Legal to ensure that D&A Media had fulfilled every element of their requirements. This enables us to ensure we deploy a complete and fully encompassing solution, that would not only meet, but exceed their expectation.
