They have been centrally involved in almost all of the leading and newsworthy cases, and have been for the last 20 years and are also involved in top-level advice and representation around the World: Hong Kong, Cayman Islands, BVI, Gibraltar.
THE CHALLENGE:
1 Hare Court contacted D&A Media following a recommendation from their peers.
The pandemic had prompted them to plan and prepare for the changes taking place within their working practices.
The new systems needed to enable their Barristers and Clerks to seamlessly connect with clients, courts and solicitors using any video conferencing platform, including Zoom, Microsoft Teams, CVP and any other.
Working within the parameters of a Grade 1 listed building, Chambers required us to provide a solution that would comply with and compliment the setting.
The systems were to be installed within their Chambers in Temple and had to be platform agnostic and user-friendly.
THE SOLUTION:
Following our initial meeting to ascertain the current challenges and key objectives of 1 Hare Court, D&A Media hosted a video conferencing call with the key decision makers to discuss a bring your own device (BYOD) video conferencing solution that would equip their Barristers and Clerks with a secure, flexible system within 1 Hare Court, enabling them to join a video call on any platform.
By integrating the screens and video conferencing systems onto mobile trolley’s, Clerks will be able to utilise systems in multiple set-ups and locations with very little technical intervention, leaving Barristers to concentrate on the content of the meeting.
D&A Media provided customised solutions from Logitech and Sony for each room, whilst enabling Barristers to connect easily to all major platforms including Zoom, Microsoft Teams, CVP and any other.
Pan, tilt, zoom (PTZ) cameras, microphones and speakers provided the optimal performance, whilst working within the parameters of a Grade 1 listed building.
