Jack Clark joined the D&A Media team in August 2011 as an IT Apprentice and has developed and grown over the past six years. He is now the top IT Specialist in our team, he has built excellent relationships with our customers and suppliers, and his technical knowledge is exceptional.

We asked Jack to take some time out of his busy day to answer a few questions about his career journey for us…

What have been your highlights of working here?

I have to say deploying Lifesize video conferencing solutions across the globe for one of our key clients was a great experience.

I enjoy building relationships with customers and suppliers and working on innovative solutions such as the recent project I am working on to supply a customer with a 3CX phone system which enables voice and unified communications.

I am the first person our customers call when they have an IT requirement and I have built a good knowledge of print management solutions to help our customers with any enquiries they have.

On a personal level I enjoy cricket, so our recent partnership with Essex Cricket has been great. I had the opportunity a few months ago to network at the Essex Cricket ground and meet the players.

What is the proudest moment you have had working at D&A?

Rolling out Lifesize Cloud and codecs across multiple sites for one of our customers was great. They were very happy with the service they received.

In addition, I have recently deployed a SonicWALL next-generation firewall to help improve one of our clients security, they were very pleased with this solution and our service. This solution is particularly important to protect against Ransomware attacks such as the recent cyber-attack the NHS endured.

What would you like to do the future?

We are a fast growing business, I would like to be part of that journey to help develop and grow the team.

Which is your favourite of the D&A Media products and why?

I like Lifesize Cloud due to its simplicity, reliability and affordability.

I have a keen interest in Four Winds digital signage and I am enjoying learning how to develop the software.

What do the D&A team say about Jack?

“Jack is fantastic with our customers. He is patient and talks our customers through even the most complex of IT requirements”

“Jack’s sense of humour keeps the whole office smiling”

“Jack’s broad knowledge of IT solutions and Lifesize set up has really helped the business to grow”
