If you are the person we are looking for you will have a can-do, positive attitude and enjoy co-ordinating fast moving, varied aspects of service in a small but busy office.

You will thrive from working in a team environment, be very hands on and excel in the responsibility of taking over most aspects of service and enhancing it.

If you think you have got what it takes, then we want to hear from you as you would be the ideal addition to our team and provide an exceptional quality service to customers by maintaining their equipment to the highest standards. You will need to already be able to install, service and maintain photocopiers (ideally Ricoh/Infotec or Konica Minolta) and be highly motivated whether working on your own initiative or as part of a team.

Due to the role being field-based in London and the South East, you will need a clean licence, good geographical knowledge and enjoy meeting clients face-to-face.

As the majority of our clients' machines are now networked, we also need to know about your IT knowledge and capabilities.
