Alleyn Court Preparatory School retain many of their long term values, whilst realising the importance of embracing new technologies, living up to their motto ‘non prodegri et regredi - not to go forwards is to go backwards’. D&A Media were given the opportunity to review their reprographics solutions. To ensure we recommended the right solutions, we looked at the existing equipment, and what kind of documents they were producing. Our objective was to find solutions to suit their longer term requirements and to ensure that we took into account the ongoing return on their investment.
Once we had built a picture of their medium term requirements, we were confident that we could recommend machines with room for future growth at an affordable price. The new machines incorporated colour, reducing the schools need to outsource brochures, leaflets and general colour documents. Importantly, they were able to automatically produce booklets, which was a huge time saving factor for the administrative staff, whilst the cost control of colour documents ensured they remained accountable for their costs.
D&A Media ensured all of the equipment was fully set up and tested prior to delivery, our dedicated service engineers were able to remove their old equipment, and fully install the new machines onto the schools network on the same day, whilst providing invaluable user training to key personnel to ensure they received the full benefits of the solution.
Our Account Managers and Service Department continue to work with the school on a proactive basis offering support, consumables and advice as required, with full tracking and reporting on any service calls. Our preventative maintenance visits ensure the operation of the equipment is maximised and we continue to learn and build our relationship with Alleyn Court so that we can offer the right advice at the right time.

To provide immersive sound within their brand new purpose built Dance Studio. The system needed to be very simple to operate, and able to withstand day to day challenges from a varied audience - Teachers and Pupils. We needed to accommodate different input devices, including CD and iPod Feeds. The dance Studio provides a fantastic facility, which needed to be further enhanced with an excellent audio solution.
D&A Media designed, sourced and implemented a Premium Audio Solution, using up to the minute technology, centred around our expert knowledge of Bose Professional Audio Systems. D&A Media combined this with Touch Panel Technology and logical programming to provide all of the functionality that West Bridgford required, within an easy to use, whilst cost effective interface. West Bridgford were further reassured that D&A Media would be able to provide full technical service and support on all of the equipment supplied, through their network of qualified engineers.
West Bridgford were delighted with the solution from D&A, the equipment, programming and project management provided a solution that exceeded all of their expectations. The system is easy to use, and robust, whilst providing the wow factor that the new Dance Studio deserves. The installation provided an excellent outcome for West Bridgford’s Teachers & Pupils. D&A Media were able to provide equipment for the school’s new Dance & Fitness Suite at a most competitive price. The pre-sales service was good with the opportunity to attend an exhibition and discuss our needs. We appreciate that each of Cognita’s schools audio visual needs and previous experiences are unique and individual to their school and we understand that there are often many people involved in a project. At D&A Media, superseding the customers’ service expectations is paramount, and communication with Cognita’s Technicians, the Schools’ Teachers and Headteachers, plays a huge role in keeping everybody informed on a daily basis. Working closely with Cognita, site surveys are carried out for each and every quotation to ensure that there are no hidden surprises when it comes to the time of installation. Following which we need to then liaise with the school to discuss installation schedules that will fit best with their curriculums and teachers schedules. We have solid measures in place to ensure that we are providing a sensitive and efficient service, a top class installation and aftersales care and our teams meet on a weekly basis ‘as a minimum’ to discuss the finding from each of these areas.

We have used several AV suppliers over the past 3 years with various success. Some suppliers provided good pre-sales support, but fell down on the installation phase. Others installed what we asked for on time and to our exact specification, but then let us down on the after sales support.

To provide a complete Audio Visual experience for Nike UK new offices in London. The result needed to be impressive, whilst maintaining the clean lines of the office design. Working closely with their designers and contractors we needed to design a system that created that Wow Factor when you entered the space, with the added advantage of being very easy to use. In addition we needed to design a system for each of the showrooms that was functional and clean and above all easy to use.
D&A Media designed, sourced and implemented a Premium Zero-Bezel Plasma Video Wall, combined with a Descrete Audio Solution, using up to the minute technology. The solution needed to blend into the clean lines of the office space, whilst providing a high impact video solution with high quality sound. The 2x2 video wall is powered by a powerful video matrix processor that provides a host of pre-set video configurations to create the "wow factor" that Nike UK were looking for. Nike UK were further reassured by the full aftersales care on the equipment supplied, provided directly by D&A Media
Nike UK were delighted with the system, it delivered on the promise of providing the "Wow Factor" as you entered the space, with the added advantage of being very easy to use and customise. The added advantage of individual presentation systems in each dedicated showroom space, provided the Nike UK Sales team with all the presentation tools that they needed to impress their clients and Nike Athletes.
